How to use these systems?
This system is designed to assist chili farmers in monitoring soil conditions and managing watering automatically. Here are the steps to use it:
Make sure the IoT device is well connected to the internet network.
Check the soil moisture and pH values displayed on the dashboard.
If the soil moisture is below the set threshold, press the “Flush” button to activate the watering pump.
Monitor historical data graphs to see trends in soil moisture and pH over time.
Use this information to make informed decisions in the management of your chili fields.
Irrigation
Press FLUSH to turn on the watering pump for 15 seconds.
Data Graph
Data will be updated in real-time. Users are able to view data history for the previous 20 time periods.
Ground Status
The soil status will turn red and have POOR status only if the moisture value is less than 10% or more than 90% and if the pH value is less than 5 or more than 9.5. Otherwise, the soil status will turn green and have a GOOD status.
